Matthias Loidold is an executive search consultant and coach as well as managing director of Loidold & Partners GmbH. He has been advising companies for 15 years on the definition, execution and filling of management positions, particularly in senior management. Matthias has had a strong connection to the USA for over 10 years, often advising European companies on relocating or expanding locally. He also supports American companies in filling management positions in Europe.

Previously, Matthias spent three years as President of the US business of Mercuri Urval, a global mid-market recruitment consultancy. He is also active in relocation consulting and is on the advisory board of the tech scale-up SpexAI GmbH, which is also active in the USA.

Matthias originally discovered his enthusiasm for the USA as a basketball player before he began an academic education.
