Michaela, originally from Würzburg, Germany holds a degree in business administration with a focus on international affairs and corporate development. She began her career as an Area Manager in Food Retail before serving as the Export Director at Maintal Konfitüren GmbH, where she developed expertise in market expansion strategies and market entry efforts.

After moving to the U.S. in 2014, Michaela led the Consulting Services team at the German American Chamber of Commerce (GACC) in the Southern U.S., assisting German SMEs (small & medium-sized enterprises) with their U.S. market entry and expansion efforts. She has extensive experience guiding European and U.S. businesses across industries.

As Director of European Desk at OERTZENGroup, Michaela is helping European clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. market.
